Sabrina Bryan is best known for starring role as one Disney Channel's most beloved characters in The Cheetah Girls successful movie franchise, a member of the multi-platinum recording act The Cheetah Girls and a fan-favorite competitor on ABC's Dancing with The Stars.
When she is not working in front of the camera or on the performing on a live stage, Sabrina is an advocate for female empowerment. Through her role as a dance coach, mentor and choreographer, Sabrina works with kids ages 8-18, to prepare them for the mental and physical demands of competition, positive self-body image and finding happiness. She was recently awarded the 'Cheer Pros Coach of the Year' for California.
Her episode of TLC's "Say Yes to the Dress" aired in February 2019. As an on-air personality, Sabrina brought her endearing personality as a correspondent for E! News, TV Guide's Reality Check, ABC.com's Backstage With the Stars and USA Varsity.
Sabrina is launching a new platform called the Newlywed Plan. The multi-platform brand was inspired by her own post-wedding experiences and quest for advice. While the market place is filled with resources for planning a perfect wedding and for everything you need to know about having and raising kids, Sabrina noticed a need for what happens in the middle - the Newlywed Plan is the ultimate resource for finding marriage bliss for couples of all ages.
Utilizing her dance skills, Sabrina famously garnered the first perfect 30 score in Dancing With the Stars history with her partner Mark Ballas. She returned to the ballroom on Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars with partner Louis Van Amstel and was voted by the public as a "Fan Favorite." Following her time in the famous Ballroom, she headlined the Dancing With the Stars arena tour and the residency at the Tropicana Hotel in Las Vegas. She also made several all-star appearances in Holland American's Dancing with the Stars At Sea.
In 2016, Sabrina was one of the stars of the acclaimed Hollywood Bowl production of A Chorus Line. Playing the vivacious character Valerie Clarke, Sabrina received rave reviews for her performance.
The Latina actress, who is a born fitness enthusiast, resides in Southern California with her husband Jordan Lundberg and their dogs Rocky, a mini Shih Tzu and Emily, a Maltese.

Brooke’s passion for movement developed through training as a gymnast and dancer from a young age. Throughout the years, Brooke had challenges with back pain, but it was a car accident in her 20s which caused increased pain and nerve damage ultimately leading Brooke to discover a focus on pelvic floor health dramatically improved her symptoms. From that point forward, Brooke has become a specialist and strong advocate for pelvic floor health, especially among female athletes, performing artists, individuals with pelvic pain, and women seeking pre- and post-natal physical therapy.
Brooke currently serves as Assistant Professor in the Dance Science program at California State University, Long Beach pursuing research in biomechanics as well as low back and pelvic floor dysfunction. Brooke graduated with honors from the University of Southern California (USC) with her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree and completed a post-professional residency in Orthopedic Physical Therapy at USC, obtaining advanced board certification through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Brooke holds a BFA in Dance Performance from Chapman University and received her Comprehensive Pilates Instructor training through Orange County-based BASI Pilates (Body Arts and Science International).
Brooke lives with her husband, Jason, her curious and loving 3-year old son, an energetic Lab/Cattle dog mix pup, and a very lazy cat.
leah Stewart, MS
Leah Stewart has been teaching Pilates and women's health for 15 years. Leah's career has included presenting and teaching Pilates training courses and workshops at studios and conferences internationally as well as nationally from Costa Mesa to Italy to India to Japan. Leah has written a number of Pilates training courses for Pilates professionals, most of which focus on women's health and how to safely and creatively teach pre and post natal Pilates.
Leah has also produced a postnatal Pilates DVD, Pilates for New Mothers, which has been enjoyed by women all over the world, and her work has been featured on the popular Pilates website, Pilates Anytime. Leah owned and operated a Pilate studio, LiveLife Pilates, in Costa Mesa for 9 years before moving her business online. The LiveLife Movement is a movement community for women, where Leah shares practical and reliable information on how to obtain, maintain and wholeheartedly enjoy a healthy, movement-inspired lifestyle.
Leah holds a BFA in Dance from Chapman University and a MS in Human Movement from A.T. Still University. Prior to shifting to teaching Pilates full time, Leah danced for local, OC dance company, Backhaus Dance.
Leah has been married for 12 years to a red-bearded yacht captain, Jason and they are raising and homeschooling three wonderfully energetic boys, Turner, Bennett and Reed. Leah and her family live in Costa Mesa with their Australian Shepherd, Mika and four chickens and they try to go camping in their little trailer as often as possible.
