Sweet Cashew Dip 

A great pre or post-Pilates on-the-go snack (plus, it's kid-approved)!


This sweet cashew dip is perfect for complete nutrition on the go! The cashews provide healthy fats, protein and carbohydrates whilst supplying a healthy dose of fiber; plus minerals like magnesium and zinc and plenty of antioxidants.

Cashews are very filling (in a great, energizing way) making them the ideal pre or post Pilates workout snack you can enjoy to or from the studio. And when they are blended to sweet, sweet perfection and paired with veggies and fruit, their snack game hits a whole new level of nutritional excellence. 

This creamy dip is lightly sweeten with stevia and coconut water, and it's flavor is layered with vanilla powder and cinnamon. Okay. Now I'm drooling! Seriously, as I'm writing this I am, I'm salivating. Good thing there's a jar of this dip in the fridge. 

This recipe yields a generous amount of dip, you can use for all of your dipping needs.

It pairs really well with the following:


  • Apples 
  • Pears
  • Strawberries


  • Carrots
  • Celery 
  • Sweet bell peppers 



  • Pretzels
  • Crackers
  • Toast 

Sweet Cashew Dip 

- 2 cups cashews (soaked in water for 2-4 hours) 

- 1 cup + 2 tablespoons coconut water (or regular water if you prefer)

- 1/4 teaspoon stevia 

- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla powder (or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract) 

- 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (depending on how much you like cinnamon)

Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth. If you desire a thinner dip, add more coconut water one tablespoon at a time. 

Pair with your favorite fruit, veggies or crackers and get your dip on!
